A friend and I, both musicians & producers, are looking to setup a private music studio - probably in South East London. Somewhere suitable for production, recording & live band stuff.

We both work weekdays so would only be using it some evenings & weekends = lots of downtime. So, we're looking for a couple of individuals, or maybe a band, to equally share the space.

Could also be suitable for people doing design, film, sound, teaching music etc.

We've seen a couple of places already which would work, but we can't afford to do it alone. It seems to be about £120 - £150 p/w (total).
