Experienced vocalist seeks guitarist, bassist and drummer to form very heavy/loud/punk/metal/hardcore band.

I have sung in bands since the age of 15 (mostly metal and post-hardcore) and people tell me I have a good voice and a good ‘presence’, but fuck those people. I am looking to do something very different to my previous bands, although I can send you a CDR of my recording history if you want to hear my voice (although I won’t be screaming/singing like that anymore).

Here is a list of bands that I like (not bands I want to rip-off): Converge, Dillinger Escape Plan (pre-Miss Machine), Botch, Deadguy, Coalesce, Cripple Bastards, Minor Threat, Black Flag, Swans (first 2 albums mainly), Pig Destroyer, Isis (pre-Oceanic), Chariots, The Guillaume Seam, Pg.99, City Of Caterpillar, Crestfallen, Eden Maine, I could go on but you probably get the idea…

I really want to form a 4-piece so I need a really good guitarist who can write good heavy songs and has a set-up with a big sound, I would like to go for the Coalesce sort of crunchy vibe with the overall sound, although I am open to anything as long as it is very very heavy, I’m not interested in melody, I’m not interested in choruses or trying to appeal to people, I want make ugly disgusting gritty heavy music because I am fucking angry and hate most things.
