or deathly boring (so quite boring is cool)
who arent afraid to be in a band and PERFORM
arent afraid of the sound of their own voice
and have a pretty tight sense of rhythm and general musicality,
to play percussion/do some vocals/maybe a little bit of keyboards in my postemodancecore band (think black eyes, fugazi, gang of four, joy division, q and not u, mystery jets, at the drive-in, minutemen).

creativity and rhythm and personality valued WAY above technical ability.
