Hello,

I have just recently moved to Harlow, Essex, and I want to start doing some gigs in the local area. As the only venue in Harlow is The Square (and its run by a Youth Service), I'm going to put out my feelers for some gigs elsewhere.

My music is sort of noisy-electropop / shoegazer. Me, a laptop, and a guitar. (if you're interested, www.myspace.com/manisslapped). I really wanna start gigging in the local area, but its hard to find those kind of 'grass-roots' venues where you can go and play a gig if you're not an established artist.

Let me know if you know of any of those kind of venues in the Harlow area, I'm willing to travel to Cambridge or N. London too. Throw some ideas in.
