Had a good night in Edinburgh last night,watching Camera Obscura and Lambchop.Music great,low point was the people in the row behind us who had loud conversations throughout the entire gig.The 3 next to us quieted down after being asked,and realised how annoying it is when others behind us did it.8 of the ones behind us moved,after repeated requests to keep it down a bit.Of another 2 behind us,one drunk,who was abusive to my girlfriend,was ejected by staff to the bar area.His friend got quite upset,and ended up in a nose to nose confrontation with me,coming very close to a visit to casualty.At a Napalm Death or Chemical Brothers gig,no one would notice,at this type of gig,it's not on.We'd paid £16 train fare from Glasgow on top of the ticket price.The question is,why do people who obviously have absolutely no interest in music go to gigs ?
