Does anyone else share my view on this record?

Apart from the fact its proper well good, it constantly reminds me of Joy Division, in terms of song arrangement. Obviously its more guitar heavy, but I think the sound's pretty similar too.

Whenever I listen to it, I get the impression its like a much more upbeat JD record.

Am I alone in this comparison? I may be wrong about the song arrangement, but there's something in the music that really reminds me. If anyone else sees something, tell me, so I can identify it!
