So I saw a Why? song on 120 Minutes t'other night, and I really liked it

Problem is, I was half asleep and can't remember the name of it. The video seemed to feature loads of dogs, some possibly sexing each other. But this may have been a hullicination due to my fatigued state

Basically, anybody know what song it is and what album I can find it on?
