Pretty good stuff all told. Smoosh were great. Once you get over how weird it is that they're so damn young and they're playing to a room full of 20 somethings(mainly blokes), it's okay. I'd not heard them before tonight, but Mrs Browno and I went halves on the album on the strength of it.

The Grates were also pretty good. The initial obvious (lazy) comparison is Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but that kinda wore off as they went on. The singer was a maniac, leaping round like some sort of crazed drug addict type... I enjoyed them a lot, good choice of support for a Go! Team gig.

The Go! Team themselves were good, but it was slightly spoiled by how overcrowded the place was. I'm none the wiser what any of them actually look like... Apart from that they were exactly what I expected, good exuberant fun.
