They were very good. Not as good as last time I saw them, which was at the same venue 2 years ago (Stoke Sugarmill). But yeah, they played mostly new songs which sound very promising, I can still remember them all, thats still a good sign. And they threw in a few of the obvious ones, J.D.I and Jaggy Snake etc. Oceansize and Orko supported, Oceansize were very very good, never seen them before. I usually find that with a band who use lots of guitar effects don't sound as good live but they managed. The singer had 2 mics though which made him seem like a Schizophrenic because he'd go to one and sing normally, then turn to the other and go dead mental. Back on track, Biffy were ace. Simon doesn't actually look like Simon anymore with his beard totally gone and his hair very short. Think thats all I have to say? Oh yeah. If you were the fat sweaty one wearing the "American Idiot" shirt and just LEANING and FALLING onto everyone and singing the words wrong as loudly as you can, it's not that I want you to die. I just want you to not live.....anymore. Thanks!
