yes, yes, i'm well aware i'm named after one of their tracks but i've just put 'surviving the quiet' on for the first time in ages (9 times out of 10 my CD player refuses to play it!) and the sheer joy of this record is overwhealming me.

i'm well aware it's completely derivative of most of the 80s US underground but DAMN does it sound good.
