Hi

I'm considering putting on a show at the birmingham bar academy. and i ahve emailed them and they have given me a price of £250 which includes 'PA, lights, engineers, box-office tickets security and inclusion in all our
local adds' my questions are:
1)Is this a good price or is there other similar size venues that would be cheaper?
2)How much would i have to pay the bands playing (roughly, i know it'll be different for everyone)?
3) Is the list of stuff in on everything that i will need (other than the bands of course) to have the show?
4) If i asked each band on the bill to sell , for example, ten tickets at least, would people usually be open to doing it?

I think thats it for now, any help would be greatly appreciated
