"There isn't enough music about" say Brits panel.
Well they might as well be saying that. Sorry it's another Brits thread but i think this is quite shocking really, even if the Brits should be roundly ignored.
Both U2' 'How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb' and Green Day's 'American Idiot' have got nominations in this year's Best International Album poll, yet both of them were also nominated LAST YEAR. Which means that 40% of the nominations have already been nominated.
Isn't this a bit insulting to the international music scene, mainstream or otherwise? Have there really not been enough good/commercial/critically accepted albums this year outside of the UK?
