Following my inability to form or stay in a band for any useful period of time , I have started to daydream about starting Moribund Records (genius, i know). I know I've seen similar threads in the past but can't be bothered to find them, so, erm, how do I go about it? Useful tips and stuff, do's and don't's, would be much appreciated
