What's the best and worst non-musical gimmick you've ever seen a band do?

Best: Flaming Lips doing the world's first non-round shaped cd. Made me buy it anyway and also means I can now say i was into them before they were famous.

Worst: Keane doing that mini single that also had a code to get a free ringtone on it. bleurgh.
