Favorite song characters!

Being a Bowie fanatic I could just start reeling off names: Major Tom, Ziggy, Halloween Jack, Thin White Duke etc. But most bands aren't as theatrically minded, so it might be a little more difficult thinking of your favorites. But I'm lax on the rules here. Can be in a song title, a lyric, a whole persona (ten DiS points for the person who picks Garth Brooks alter ego as a fav...cos that'd be more brave than parachuting down on Omaha Beach during D-Day.)
