Anyone used in and know how it works?

I'm super-excited for Modest Mouse touring later this year, especially since they cancelled the last one.

I've seen tickets 'Presale tickets' on sale on Songkick for £21, but don't want to give them my money if it's not going to guarantee tickets - could just wait until Friday. Thoughts?
