kind of vaguely remember a music video but no idea of song / band, late 90s / early 00s, song was kind of rocky, SOAD-ish i think, can't remember any of the lyrics, all i really remember is that the video was quite Pink Floyd-ish ('The Wall'-era) with soldiers marching in cartoon form may have been an anti-war song definitely an American band, if any body can help from this vagueness I'd be amazed.
