Another thing, how dare you people sling mud at ATP. These nice guys organize festival after festival and often cancel them each year to screw up your potential festival weekend together with train and hotel costs. This time it'll be a hassle getting your money back too as Dash, a ticket agency that nobody had ever heard of before except ATP partnered with them to sell tickets and neither knew what the other was doing it seems.

A polite request to ATP: stick to small gigs and introducing us all to some great new talent. You were pretty good at that a few years ago. Also, if you haven't burnt bridges with the usual ticket agencies please use them next time. You'll get very little sympathy from anyone when people have potentially paid hundreds for tickets/trains/hotels and you cancel with 72 hours notice. Next time, take it on the chin.
