Warm-up shows in Glasgow were well received, the Hyde Park comeback riot was predictably rowdy (reviews of the performance were good, bordering on nostalgia overload for some) new Alexandra Park shows announced and now rumours of a new album for 2015. It seems like The Libertines are back!

I really want it to be good. There's a part of me that thinks they're cashing in (probably due to Pete saying exactly that), and another part of me that worries they're not the squat party loving rebellious upstarts that made them exciting 10 years ago.

Will we see incredible new music or another spectacular implosion?
