Like most people, I've often pretended to like John Zorn at parties to impress avant garde friends, but lately I've been thinking of transitioning into someone who actually listens to his music. Outside of the bigger names - Naked City, Mike Patton collabs. et al. what's worth checking out of his? He's always "hmm, interesting" but what of his is actually good?
