The Distophia/Calories people have a new band!

I went to see Speedy Ortiz and Joanna Gruesome in Birmingham and was surprised to see the third band on the bill was 3/4 of Distophia and 2/3 of Calories.

And they were really good. They're called Burning Alms. Here they are: http://burningalms.bandcamp.com/

The frontman is also really dreamy.
