I'm trying to get a rough idea of how many people attend venues / gigs / concerts for more less known or "indie" artists & bands. I know it mainly depends on how popular the artist or band is and how big of a fan base they have, but it would be nice to hear some of your guys's first hand experiences with indie gigs / concerts.

Who did you go to see and how many people were there roughly? And what was the experience like? :)
