never heard of them until the other day, in Stephen Pastel's top 13 albums on the Quietus. a post-rock band in the old style, looking for a way to take the guitar band form past its mid-90s grunge/britpop rut. jazz chords, locked grooves, improv-y bits, trumpets fed through pedals. what more do you want?
