By that I mean on the surface Jack Tatum's music seems unremarkable and largely borrowed...but I'd almost always rather listen to him than either his peers or his influences (mostly). Someone with greater musical understanding may know for sure, but to me this feels down to really strong songwriting. New E.P out next week I think.

Anyway, I'm still discovering things in Nocturne, anyone else the same. Last year I got into Twin Shadow's Confess, a very good record, more easily but it doesn't keep giving like Nocturne does. Plus, What's everyone's favourite WN song? Has to be Paradise, doesn't it?
