You know when you go to buy tickets to sold out events and it says 'returns only', who is returning their tickets?! I didn't think you were allowed to do this according to most conditions of sale. Is it just referring to returns they've had from unused tickets allocated to the press/guestlist etc?

Seems to happen most often at 'posh' venues like the Royal Festival/Albert Hall.
