Saw this last night at the local cinema, whereas Sound it Out was more about the life of a independent today this was about how we've got to this point, or as they put it the Rise, Fall and Rebirth.

Really interesting and there was a Q & A with the director and producer aswell as the guys who started Diverse in Newport.

Some laughs and some depressing scenes (Hudsons closing) but overall very good and makes you appreciate what you have (if you're lucky enough to have one locally).

Bit of poetic licence with the figures which they did admit to as a few stores will have ceased trading simply due to retirement although the bulk are due to the rise of the supermarket and independents getting fucked over price wise.
