Rats As Big As Dogs, Ten City Nation, Tied To The Mast, Keys - Bury St Edmunds this Saturday
A ludicrously rocking night in Bury St Edmunds Rock City. Also the launch for Ten City Nation's new album 'Futures' (they used to be in Miss Black America y'know - I guess that makes them the Toy to MBA's Jing Jang Jong).
Saturday 20th October
Washing Machine @ The Hunter Club, Bury St Edmunds
Starring...

KEYS - www.facebook.com/rustykeysband
The Hunter Club will quake to the sound of big rock thunder as two of Bury's most intense live bands team up for a double-headline show. RATS AS BIG AS DOGS (a supergroup of sorts, featuring members past and present of punk/hardcore legends Volunteers, Glory Glory, The Vitamins and Thee Vicars) seethe with Fugazi-shaped anger, whilst TEN CITY NATION (comprising three founding members of one-time John Peel faves Miss Black America) rumble and roar like Queens Of The Stone Age getting down with The White Stripes. Also on board are face-shattering Brighton alt-rock 5-piece TIED TO THE MAST (think early dEUS meet Yuck) and local upstarts KEYS (like David Byrne fronting a nascent Happy Mondays). Be there, or feel the vibrations regardless.
Also: TEN CITY NATION's new album 'Futures' will be available to buy at the gig - there are 150 CD copies, all hand-numbered by the band - grab one while you can!
