I've been trying to remember who made this album. The cover is an old (not colour) photo of some children wearing paper bag masks,they are outside. I think it's from the early to mid 90s. Alternative and i suspect American. I've searched the net and kind find any trace. Can any one help. I know i'm going to kick myself when i find out who it was by, but i've become mildly obsessed...
