Can anyone advise me of some good spoken word stuff with a minimal musical backing? Actually, the music doesn't have to be minimal at all. I'm thinking along the lines of Spiderland by 'Slint', What is he Building in there? by 'Tom Waits' and Unearthing by 'Alan Moore'.

For me these records have a (for want of a better word) 'cinematic' quality to them.

I love stuff like that!

Any suggestions?
