Does anyone (apart from the music press) actually care about a new Avalanches album?

They released one half decent album 12 years ago. Music has moved on. I’ve moved on. Hopefully you’ve moved on. So why does Pitchfork et al hang-on like it will be the second coming? Something to write about I guess. But no one else cares do they?
