Got 3 which I'll put in chronological order:

U2 playing Vertigo as the first and last song on the Vertigo tour c. 2005 (didn't personally see this one)
Jens Lekman playing Sipping On The Sweet Nectar (Union Chapel, 2010). First version was the first song, and acoustic-- he said a more expansive version wasn't possible due to the venue. Towards the end, an more expansive version duly arrived.
Watch The Throne- Niggas In Paris. Don't really need to say owt about this one,
