I genuinely can't tell. I mean, it's interesting but I loved his early material, and he seems to have literally replaced the bass/structure and just left the industrial feel and whooshing sounds (bar stuff like The Courts and The Nite Life which are pretty standard). Like an abandoned factory with loads of frazzled circuitry and broken ventilation ducts.

Maybe that's the appeal?
