I think the singer's voice does not fit quite well with the band's sound. I find it very similar to Lou Rhodes and I really do not dislike her voice but I think her voice is not adjusted to this kind of trip hop project.
In this 2012 album the fantastic first single “Violaceae” is an exception (but here the voice is distorted) but all the others tracks seem to lose direction due to this vocal issue.

Sometimes there are bands that do not work as a whole but probably can be made some progresses as isolated elements and in my opinion this could be a good example.
