Right then, what does everyone think? There hasn't been that much of note tbh, and its only 3 months until the shortlist goes up. So, everyone make some predictions for this years noms. You can include future releases if you think they'll probably be worthy.

I personally think Laura Marling will get her third nomination, just because the judges seem to bum both her and that kind of thing. The Maccabees and Bombay Bicycle Club will be fighting for the standard mainstream indie nomination, expect at least one of them there. Depressingly, theres a fair chance Florence and Ed Sheeran might get one, but I hope not. Personally, I'd like to see Beth Jeans Houghton or Ben Howard (or both) in there. It'd also be pretty nice to see Graham Coxon, The 2 Bears/Hot Chip and Blood Red Shoes in there.

And maybe this might be the year where they finally cave in to pressure and nominate a metal record, though I'm not sure what that would be if it were to happen.
