I made a playlist of some of my favourite songs with that famous motorik beat which is often talked about/ ripped off.

Apart from the obvious suspects (Neu!, Cluster etc) I've also put in the Supremes 70's flirtation with the beat, Belle & Sebastian's twee take, Crisma and so on.
