I pre-ordered the limited edition 'Living Room Songs' by Olafur Arnalds in October from Erased Tapes. It arrived recently and the cover was split. I contacted Erased Tapes to ask for a replacement. They informed me there were no guarantees with postage and as it was a limited edition they were unable to replace the cover. It seems the only difference is that it has a limited edition sticker. In the past I have no difficulty obtaining replacements from shops e.g. Piccadilly for damaged items. What have other people's experiences been?
