Is there a band you're waiting for that doesn't yet exist (to your knowledge at least)?

I'd like to hear a band with MBV's density and creativity with guitars, blended with Bowery Electric's shuffling beats (Beat era) and Third Eye Foundation's early career tempo, preferably with some understanding of Mogwai's quiet/loud dynamics chucked in.

Better still, if you read somebody else's description, can you recommend something that already fits the bill?
