I'm gonna get a load of hassle for this I know. There are a few purists on the boards who see any private editing of someone else's album as close to sacrilegious. Playing your own track list is one thing but calling it an 'album' doesn't go down well. Nevertheless, here we go.

The most recent band whose work I've put together into my own 'album' is HTRK. I always liked some of their stuff but found both their debut LP and last year's 'Work (Work, Work)' just inconsistent. here's some great stuff on there but both albums are a really tough listen. I accept that 'Marry Me Tonight' has it's fans but I couldn't listen to it all the way through.

So here's what I put together:

I'm really proud of this as I think works exceptionally well. I even tried it out on some friends who'd never heard of the band and just told them this was their debut release - they were impressed.

HTRK just sound so damn sexy sometimes and this seems to come across well from this track list.
