I get that most music is electronic in some way but setting that aside, it just seems like lot of the stand out albums for me this year are by bands/ artists who utilise electronic equipment more than anything else.

I suspect that it's probably a reflection of the style of music I've been into for a while but I thought it might be worth the discussion.
