Following on from the cult success of ‘Volume 1’ and ‘Live At Herzberg’ here is the latest release from all-star Belgian jam band featuring members of dEUS, The Love Substitutes, Kiss My Jazz, Evil Superstars, Zita Swoon, Sukilove, Broken Glass Heroes, Pox, Ow, The Rudy Trouvé Septet, I Love Sarah, Franko Saint de Bakker, Dead Man Ray, Sharko, A Clean Kitchen Is A Happy Kitchen, True Bypass, Mitsoobishy Jacson etc etc
i H8 Camera, whose name comes from a misquote from a French journalist, formed in 2004 around the nucleus of The Love Substitutes (Craig Ward, Rudy Trouvé, Mauro Pawlowski and Bert Lenaerts) to avoid cancelling gigs due to illness. Rudy Trouvé gathered a bunch of friends and collaborators to perform a totally improvised set with no planning, leadership or prior discussion. iH8 Camera was formed and the concept stuck and the band has continued since on a semi regular basis. The chemistry between the musicians has meant music that is coherent as it is free and fun to listen to.
What you hear on this CD is a selection of songs compiled and edited by Craig Ward onto one long track culled from performances spanning from 2004 to 2007. The artwork has been created by Belgian artist Bert Lezy who has notably performed live paintings for Dinosaur Jr and The Fall.
ARTISTS FEATURED ON THIS RELEASE:

“A pure adrenalin rush from start to finish”- IS THIS MUSIC?
“Traces of Captain Beefheart and Velvet Underground with Sonic Youth-style guitar freakouts embellished with a brass section… One piece even sounds like Robert Fripp’s turned up to unleash an aural tornado with his boxes of guitar tricks.” –THE DREADED PRESS
“Something that should appeal to all lovers of elements of jazz, no wave and psychotropic funk” – LOSING TODAY
