Yesterday I contacted First Great Western through their online form pleading to get my train tickets changed to March. There's been a lot of discussion within the Mangum postponement ATP thread about the money lost through having bought advance tickets and some claiming that amending them should be a doddle, but I was wondering if anyone's actually been successful yet?

The reason I've started a new thread is that should First Great Western be inconsistent with whether they're allowing this to happen or not, then anyone having trouble can reference this thread to point out the inconsistency.
