Why is this album not in everyone's top whatever list?

Nice chill/psych/70's vibe..a few tracks reach back to a Syd Barrett era Floyd, some Sonic Youth worship on another. Finishes up with a killer 'artists rendition' of The Beatles 'Tomorrow Never Knows'

I guess it's all mine to enjoy then right?
