The dudes over at Scarlet Mist have been working for fartoomanyyears to provide a forum to sell and buy cost-only tickets to us music-lovers without generating any income whatsoever (and have helped me out with gig tickets to amazing sold-out gigs at the last minute thanks to their website on SO many occasions - at least 30 bought/sold, and often to stuffs you would never hope to get a ticket for in a million years - also responsible for THE BEST night of my life!).

Their site was recently taken down due to small invasion of ticket touts and fraudsters but it got so bad that the site became unfeasible to run without fans being massively scammed. This is really sad as it's just run by two music/festival loving guys, one of whom is an important doctor who probably really doesn't have the time to do this, but just does it for the love of the music. No profit whatsoever.

THEY NEED YOUR HELP.

Let's be clear: there's no money in this. But if we take, we should give too, right?

We are looking for a software developer(s) who might be able to join us and help get the site back on line. We have had some potential ideas that might be workable.

We are looking for experience with PHP, MySQL and Javascript.

I cannot implore you enough to think about helping them out enough... I have no skillz whatsoever apart from helping them organise a venue for a meeting or other PA-type stuff. I can probably stretch to sandwiches and crappy cups of tea. Please get in touch with them and bring the site back to life.
