A couple of JAGS, or whatever they're called now
In the past the DiS cognescenti has liked some of the records we've put out on Half Machine (we've put out singles by Real Estate, Woods, Banjo or Freakout, Psychedelic Horseshit etc), so I thought you may be interested in our next couple:
Holiday Shores' second album 'New Masses For Squaw Peak' (17/10/11). Been described a little like Talking Heads, Can, Donald Fagen, Talk Talk etc.

The second release this year is a reissue of Roberto Cacciapaglia's 1979 bizarro electro pop LP 'The Ann Steel Album'. Beloved of Animal Collective and Deerhunter (http://alteredzones.com/posts/130/guest-post-avey-tare). It was made by the Italian electronic composer after working with Tangerine Dream and Popul Vuh with an American model hoping to make it big in fashion. It's the first time on vinyl since its initial small pressing.
