Have been thinking about how many of my favourite artists have come about by way of random purchases so as a kind of experiment I'm heading of in my lunch hour to blind buy some records I don't know anything about - which shouldn't be too hard, I'm a bit out of touch. Any recommendations?

3 rules:
1) needs to be something I'll be able to find on cd in HMV
2) I don't want any info other than an artist & title
3) must be awesome
