What happens on the Thursday usually? Is Friday an all dayer or just gigs in the evening. Is the weekend venue hopping from midday?

Before I try and encourage people to venture to Cardiff, I wanted to check to see how much will be on over the 4 days, or whether it is worth just buying tickets over the weekend.
