Words cannot describe my love of this album. It's my fav album of all time, no question. If you're a black metal fan or even just a folk fan, GO AND GET IT NOW. This song is one of the best on the album. Very upbeat, triumphant sections throughout too, almost jolly (read: trollish). Otherworldly (read: finnish) folk music but written with electric (and traditional instruments) guitars. The way the compositions are written is so different from everything else I've heard in black metal and I've heard a lot of it. The images this evokes for me are just insane. If you're into trollish atmospheres, forests, heathenism, runes, nature, eurpean history and perhaps even nationalism (not that they're in any way affiliated with a nationilst organisation that I'm aware of...it's just SO finnish) you will know what I'm talking about. Feel free to harmonise your own clean vocals over it. If at first you don't like it, keep listening. If you opened this thread then you will like it by the end. Unless you were expecting Sunn0))) or some bs. Masterpiece.
