What a blinding day!
What i saw:
Godspeed! Oh my, what a start to a sunday. East Hastings! Incredible.
Swans - I enjoyed what i saw. Incredibly loud. Could feel the hair on my arms moving. Friends hated it.
Grinderman - Nick Cave has bigger balls than you. YES YOU!
Portishead - Only seen them once 3 years ago and this was pretty much the same. The sound was incredible. Unbelievable. Glory Box stole the show for me. They had a fuckup mid set. Restarted the (unknown??) song 6 times. Still one of the greatest shows i've ever seen.
Caribou - Some good moments, but not enough to keep my midnight hunger away.

I was very concerned that Ally Pally would be as shit sound wise as every other show id seen there, but whatever ATP did, they did right.
