Crap thread title aside, what are the top chord changes/quiet-loud/chorus etc of songs in recent years?

One of mine has to be when around 3.18 into Radiohead's 'Reckoner' Thom Yorke hits a high note and the song kicks in again after the interlude. It's the part where I decided it was an amazing song.
