I ended up seeing the Lightning Seeds on Saturday. Mrs ccb and I had gone out for dinner and had forgotten that there was a free festival organised in our town centre. Anyhow, the Lightning Seeds were playing - a band that I used to love when I was 16/17 but hadn't listened to for ages.

Verdict: not the most demonstrative of live performances and probably a bit dated (couldn't help but think of TFI Friday), but they did have some tunes.
